Embracing Authenticity
WITH LYNNE NIEHAUS
What does living within your authenticity look like? What would embracing it and live from it look like?
What would your home look like?
Are there certain places or areas of your life where you feel more like your “True Self”? Or are how she become misplaced?
As a reforming people pleaser, I could identify with Camilla Cream and her “Bad Case of the Stripes” by David Shannon.

When you purchase a piece of art or a historical document, you often receive a Certificate of Authenticity. What would your Certificate of Authenticity look like?
What would happen if you wrote your Certificate of Authenticity across your heart and moved and lived life by staying true to that document?
It sounds exciting and clarifying in the quiet moments when we are alone with ourselves. It’s not as easy in the different circles that we navigate life in.
In this episode, I take you through the moments in life when our authenticity is eroded. Not intentionally or with malice by others that want the best of us. Or from those that feel threatened by our light and joy. Through social pressure and conforming and fear of judgement, we question our uniqueness or inherent values.
Often (like Camilla Cream) we change to disguise our uniqueness without recognizing the true consequences of our actions.
This episode was designed to help you re-write your Certificate of Authenticity.
You will learn how to investigate the evidence of abandoned authenticity. And how to rediscover your magic. And how to support the girls and women in your life to write their own authenticity on their hearts!
